Wilmette man arrested with nine bags of heroin

Police arrested Brian McCann, 25, of 2122 Elmwood Ave. in , and charged him with possession of controlled substances, following an April 29 incident that ended at that address. Police reported that officers investigating a reckless driving complaint became involved in a short low speed pursuit; when they stopped t flip flop he automobile, they reported seeing saw a plastic b flip flop ag of what appeared to be heroin. They arrested McCann and reported subsequently finding eight more bags of heroin. in , and charged him with driving under the influence of drugs, following a May 1 incident that ended on Sherwood Road, south of Lake Avenue in Glenview. flip flop Fiesel, 51, of 1314 Ave., in , and issued him a local ordinance ticket for theft May 1, following an incident that day at the Pandora Box store, 416 Ridge Road. Police said an officer saw Fiesel pick up and carry a potted plant from in front of the store to his automobile. He allegedly drove away with the plant; the officer followed him and made a traffic stop on the 1300 block of Park Avenue. Paulina Ave. in Chicago on April 30 and issued him a local ordinance ticket for violating the village solicitors ordinance, following an incident that day at the intersection of Ashland Avenue and Richmond Lane. Police said Stevenson had been warned about soliciting on previous occasions. in Elgin, with driving without a license, following an April 29 traffic crash at the intersection of Lake Avenue and Locust Road. The accident resulted in a traffic signal being knocked over, but there were no flip flop injuries, police said.
